BMAC properties

The Housing Division began as a response to the shortage of special-needs housing in Walla Walla County. The first special-needs housing project began in 1993 using grant money from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These initial housing units were for low-income senior citizens and adults with chronic mental illness or developmental disabilities. BMAC continues to build and lease properties to these under-served populations.

Because the properties are designed for special populations, qualification and eligibility vary according to type; most properties have waiting lists. To view our various property groups: BMAC Properties. You can also download a Housing Brochure that describes our properties.

Lincoln Terrace Apartments, our newest property, is a Permanent Supportive Housing complex.

An important component to the Lincoln Terrace Apartment Complex is the Community Building (A) which contains staff office space and a Community Room with a full kitchen. The Community Room can be reserved, free of charge, to community members for meetings, training or other relevant activities.

The reservation form contains rules for use; click here for the application form and rules. The file is an Excel document that can be “saved as” to your computer, then filled out and attached to an email to Linda Williams, Lincoln Terrance Case Manager. The form can also be mailed or delivered to Lincoln Terrace, 534 South Third Avenue, Walla Walla.

You can call Linda (529-5681) to check availability prior to reserving the room.
