Minor Home Repair
Blue Mountain Action Council is the local contractor for the Home Repair and Rehabilitation Program (HRRP) of Department of Commerce. This program provides services to low or very low income households for:
- Home emergency and minor repair and rehabilitation
- Manufactured or mobile home (MH) replacement
- Storm damage repair
To qualify, households must earn 60% or less of the state median income or 200% of the federal poverty guideline. Priority will go to those with incomes exceeding the 125% of the federal poverty guideline. These are the same income guidelines used in the Washington State Energy Assistance Program.
