The Claridge Emergency Services Fund

This fund helps respond to one-time needs in our community that grants do not cover. This fund will be available to current clients who are facing a barrier that we can assist with minimal support, such as a rental application fee, gas voucher, emergency food box, or move-in supplies.

Rick Claridge

The Claridge Emergency Services Fund is named after Rick Claridge to honor the work and impact he had during his tenure as BMAC’s CFO from 2012-2024. In addition to contributing to the significant growth and strengthening of BMAC’s finances and operations, Rick exemplified BMAC’s spirit of service. He would regularly go out of his way to make sure clients had the support they needed, and would often make anonymous donations to help clients with items that grants could not cover. He and his wife Betsy(also a BMAC employee) have spent their lives serving others and giving back to our community. We honor that spirit of service with this fund and will continue Rick’s legacy of generous giving to our neighbors in need.

Little Free Pantry

Our Little Free Pantry features toiletry items including deodorant, sunscreen, toothbrushes and toothpaste, menstrual products, and more. It is available in our lobby during office hours.

Food Bank

The BMAC Food Bank serves 14 pantries in four counties and distributes more than 2 million pounds of food annually. Help members in our community so that they can meet their basic food needs. Our monthly food distributions show how necessary it is to assist our neighbors.
