The Baker Boyer Community Room

A gathering space for our Valley.

Thanks to the generosity of Baker Boyer Bank, the Baker Boyer Community Room at BMAC is available at no charge to nonprofit organizations and community partners for meetings, seminars, trainings, and other BMAC-approved events.

The Community Room is generally available for use outside of BMAC’s regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.  Requests for use during BMAC’s regular business hours will be considered on a limited basis.

Use requests must be submitted at least one week in advance and not more than three months in advance.  You will receive confirmation that your event has been scheduled or declined within 48 business hours after making your event request.

About the Baker Boyer Community Room:

Room Specifications and Equipment
  • Location: BMAC Main Office at 8 E. Cherry St., Walla Walla, WA 99362
  • Capacity: Up to 50 people, seated with no tables; up to 30, seated with tables
  • Projector and screen: HDMI connection
  • Whiteboard: Eraser and markers included, but consider bringing your own markers.
  • Lectern with microphone: There is one stationary microphone to amplify the speaker at the lectern. If you need additional amplification, you may request to bring other speakers or microphones.
  • Computer: A computer is available for presentations. You may also bring your own computer or device; devices must have an HDMI output to connect to the projection system.
  • Wi-Fi: Available to approved event users.
  • Food and catering: You are welcome to bring food or have your event catered. Food must be cleaned up and removed at the end of the event. The room includes a sink, large counter, and refrigerator.
  • Restrooms and water: Available in the adjacent BMAC lobby.
Important Guidelines
  • Requests must be submitted at least one week before the requested event date.
  • You will receive confirmation that your request has been approved or declined within two BMAC business days. (Please note: BMAC offices are closed on Fridays.)
  • Use of the Community Room is subject to availability and BMAC approval.
  • BMAC is a drug-free workplace. Alcohol and illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere in the building or on BMAC premises.
  • Service animals are permitted; owners are liable for their actions or any damage that may occur. Other animals are not allowed in the building.
  • Groups are responsible for leaving the room clean and in the condition in which they found it.
  • Children are allowed if supervised by adults at all times.
